Privacy Policy

AssetsandTrust collects only the information required to operate the platform: your name, email, encrypted password, survey answers, generated recommendations, packet documents, and analytics events. Payment card details are collected and processed exclusively by Stripe — AssetsandTrust never sees or stores your card number.

• To generate your personalized recommendations and attorney packet.
• To operate your account, vault, and AI assistant conversations.
• To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
• To improve the platform through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your survey answers or vault documents with any attorney unless you explicitly initiate a delivery.
• We do not use your personal information to train large language models.

Conversations with the Wealth Assistant are stored to maintain session continuity. Messages older than 60 days are automatically deleted. Prompts are sent to Anthropic (the underlying model provider) subject to its enterprise privacy terms.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use signed JWTs. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We follow industry-standard practices for data at rest.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting support@assetsandtrust.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only strictly necessary cookies (session token, preference) and no third-party advertising cookies.

AssetsandTrust is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
